1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the pisogame online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered through pisogame.asia (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players and visitors.

By registering an account with pisogame, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

pisogame reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their pisogame account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use pisogame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online casino gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pisogame, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing pisogame from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with pisogame or any PAGCOR-regulated operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

pisogame reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) pisogame account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your pisogame account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pisogame login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. pisogame will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted through your pisogame account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

• You must not share your pisogame account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your pisogame account.
• You must notify pisogame immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• pisogame accounts are personal and non-transferable.

pisogame reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where pisogame reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pisogame are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pisogame does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or cryptocurrency of any kind.

Accepted deposit methods on pisogame include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

The minimum deposit amount on pisogame is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the pisogame account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the pisogame account holder.
• pisogame reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours during business hours.
• pisogame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

pisogame reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pisogame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all pisogame promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing with pisogame.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each offer's individual terms.
• pisogame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or arbitrage strategies — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

pisogame's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding. Players with questions about specific bonus terms should contact pisogame support before claiming an offer.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pisogame platform — including slots, live casino table games, bingo, and any other game types — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game on pisogame, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

pisogame uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed in the live game interface.

• Game outcomes on pisogame are determined solely by the certified RNG or live dealer process. pisogame does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to the player's pisogame account balance.
• pisogame reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts where there is evidence of software errors, data corruption, or exploitation of a game defect.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when playing. pisogame is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during a game round.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pisogame. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one pisogame account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using pisogame for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, modify, or otherwise tamper with the pisogame platform, its software, or its games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any pisogame game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or multiplayer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to pisogame support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward pisogame staff or other players.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your pisogame account.
• Accessing pisogame using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.

pisogame employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.

8 Responsible Gaming

pisogame provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pisogame account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from pisogame for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from pisogame for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent exclusion.

pisogame strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If you believe a minor has accessed pisogame, contact our support team immediately. pisogame will cooperate fully with any investigation and will close any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pisogame platform — including but not limited to the pisogame brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pisogame or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pisogame platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pisogame content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pisogame content.
• Use pisogame's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the pisogame platform.

Any unauthorized use of pisogame's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pisogame.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pisogame's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pisogame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pisogame shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the pisogame platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays caused by circumstances beyond pisogame's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government actions.
• Unauthorized access to your pisogame account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pisogame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

pisogame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by pisogame's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering a pisogame account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

pisogame will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and third-party service providers strictly as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pisogame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pisogame will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details on file. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the pisogame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using pisogame and may request account closure by contacting pisogame support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of pisogame, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to pisogame's compliance with PAGCOR regulations, players may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
